Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, new product launches, sales, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
United States
Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–30 business days (depending on item)
International
Delivery times vary by destination and may take 1–4 weeks or longer depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Print-on-Demand Products
Many of our products are made especially for you after you place your order through our trusted production partners.
Because products may be manufactured at different facilities, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Discordant Duo LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to an address entered incorrectly during checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We can only update your address if your order has not yet entered production or shipped.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
Checking around your delivery location.
Asking household members or neighbors.
Contacting your local postal carrier.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
