At Discordant Duo LLC, we want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind,

Ordered the wrong size, color, or product,

Buyer's remorse,

Accidental purchases.

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

Your order number,

A description of the issue,

Clear photos of the item and the packaging

Once we review your request, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

A replacement item,

A refund to your original payment method.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and determine the best resolution.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Discordant Duo LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, postal services, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and an order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to change or recover the package.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are final sale.

Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we'll gladly help.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly work with you to replace it.
